Custom Client Portal

Inovista designed and built Kendall Law’s premium client portal from the ground up at portal.kendalllaw.com. The portal was created as a centralized digital workspace that gives clients secure, role-based access to compliance materials, legal tools, educational resources, and firm documents.

The portal was delivered in two structured phases.

Phase 1: Core Client Hub

The first phase established the foundation of the platform, including:

A secure client dashboard.
A Compliance Library covering AB 1482, local ordinances, and relocation charts.
A Document Center for secure file access and downloads.
Role-based access control for client and admin permissions.

This gave Kendall Law a secure and organized platform for delivering important legal resources to clients.

Phase 2: Interactive Legal Tools

The second phase added interactive tools and a dynamic admin dashboard, allowing the firm to manage client-facing resources without developer involvement.

Responsive WordPress Portal System

The portal was built on WordPress, fully responsive across devices, and visually aligned with Kendall Law’s branding. It was also structured around a series-based content model, with Eviction Essentials serving as the flagship series.

This content model bundled videos, forms, and supporting documents into a single access tier while remaining flexible enough to support additional educational series as the firm’s offerings continue to expand.
